SolidCraft is an independent open-source parametric CAD project. This website provides project information, documentation links, demonstrations, and links to software distributions. The current release notes and maintained documentation describe the software’s supported behavior and known limitations.

This locally reviewable website is a proposed design. Production operator details and official-site authorization have not been established by this implementation.

Third-party names & independence

SolidCraft and SolidCore are independent projects. References to Autodesk, Fusion, NVIDIA, SMLib, and other third-party products identify workflow context or upstream software. They do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or endorsement. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Development status & verification

The software is under active development. Features, file-format behavior, and supported workflows may differ between releases. Demonstrations show identified builds and examples; they are not a guarantee that every model or operation will succeed.

Keep backups of important work. Independently verify dimensions, geometry, units, tolerances, and exported files before manufacturing or other consequential use. Software warranties and limitations are governed by the applicable licenses.

The recordings on this site are licensed upstream demonstrations. The website implementation did not independently reproduce their CAD or MCP sessions. Source review and website tests are separate from testing the application.

Browser storage

Browser-saved documents are associated with the browser and origin used by the application. Keep exported copies of important designs outside browser storage. Moving to a new website address does not automatically move documents saved at the previous address.

The browser links in this MVP open the existing upstream app. Export designs before any future origin transfer, and follow the file and storage guidance. Do not clear the old site’s browser data before exporting important designs.

Agent-assisted workflows

Agent-assisted changes should be reviewed like other design changes. External AI applications and providers have their own terms and data-handling practices. A local MCP connection does not by itself establish that an external client keeps prompts, screenshots, or model information on the device.

External resources

External repositories, downloads, documentation, and third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. Software issues can be reported through the project’s GitHub issue tracker.
